The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a successful Tech Recruiter to join the Mark James team! You'll be joining the existing Senior Recruiters within our tech team and expanding on existing relationships, as well as building new ones. You will be targeted on winning new business, so we are really looking for a sales driven mindset!
Working towards individual, team and company targets
Consistent revenue contribution
Continuously developing your knowledge into your market and keeping up with trends
Sales negotiation and agreeing new terms with clients
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Meetings with clients and candidates both virtually and face to face
Headhunting and sourcing passive candidates

Who are we looking for?
A minimum of 3 years agency sales/focused recruitment experience - we don't mind what area of recruitment you have specialised in!
