Customer Service Advisor - £26,000-£28,000 per annum- Inside IR35 - 6-24 moth contract - 37 hour per week between Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm / Saturday 8am - 5pm

Our client, a global energy giant, are currently hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to play a vital role in ensuring effective communication with our customers regarding planned power outages.

This position requires proactive customer contact, providing up-to-date information, and ensuring excellent service delivery. We seek individuals with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate communication with customers about planned power outages, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Ensure customers receive top-notch service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Recognise vulnerabilities during customer interactions and confidently discuss available support services.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers and office staff to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role, ideally gained in a call centre environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence in discussing vulnerabilities and support options with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and office staff.
  • Flexibility to work and provide support during adverse weather conditions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large-scale, well-known, company. The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extending up to 24 months or become permanent if preferred (although this is not guaranteed).

This is an Inside IR35 contract role, so pay must be on an PAYE OR Umbrella company basis.
