Senior Database Delivery Engineer

Rate- Up to 25500 ILS per month/ $6800

Our client, in the Software Development sector, are currently hiring for a Senior Database Delivery Engineer where you will contribute to the design, deployment, and administration of database infrastructure, emphasising reliability and performance. You will also support Database deployments and upgrades on the cloud platform.

Requirements.

• Good written and communication skills in English
• 4+ years' experience as a DBA
• DB HA capabilities (for deploying Oracle RAC on AWS).
• Oracle, PostgreSQL DBA skills, preferably in a Linux environment
• MongoDB, AWS administering experience.
• Strong Linux operating system and command set experience.
• Experience in ALM, LRE, and APM, including proficiency with PG, Oracle, Vertica, and MySQL.
• Excellent understanding of Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Golden Gate, PostgreSQL active-passive cluster configurations and RAC implementation

This is an immediate start contract role which will run for a minimum period of 6 months, with the potential to either extend up to 12 months or become permanent (although this cannot be guaranteed)
