Heading up our Tech Team, Matt gained experience across different Sales and Recruitment roles before joining MarkJames Search.

Originally working in the family business, Matt went onto develop a career in Estate Agency- taking on sales in Head Office and then transitioning his skills to recruitment. "I love speaking to different types of people and understanding their backgrounds and skillsets", says Matt. "The company culture and flexibility at MarkJames Search is brilliant", he adds.

Now expanding into Cyber Security, SaaS and Cloud-based specialisms, Matt's portfolio is impressive and expanding rapidly. Between developing his desk and building a family, Matt is one of our busiest and best!
