IT Service Manager
Netherlands - Arnhem - 2 days a week on site
Rate- €70-80 Per Hour

Our client, based in the Netherlands, are currently hiring for an IT Service Manager where you will be responsible for the optimal functioning of the IT services that fall under your responsibility. You are the face of my client's internal business and make sure that the SLA agreements with them (or their representatives) are arranged and managed.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years' experience within IT Service Management
• End-to-end responsible for the end users of your services
• You work together with a team of service managers to improve business processes.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Experience with ITIL
• HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience in drawing up an annual budget for services in scope and monitor that the PAAS IT services are within this budget.

This is an immediate start contract role which will run for a minimum period of 12 months, with the potential to either extend up to 24 months or become permanent (although this cannot be guaranteed)
