Our client, one of the world's leading providers of connectivity and business networking solutions, is currently recruiting for Pre Sales Engineers to pursue its continued and rapid growth in the Benelux market.

Salary subject to candidate experience both Junior and Senior positions available.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice and recommendations to colleagues, partners and customers
• Providing technical support to channel partners to resolve customer technical issues
• Communicating directly with external customers via phone, chat or email to better understand their issues
• Assist customers in understanding how to use and configure supported application features and functionality
• Carry out application testing and troubleshooting for products
• Assist with the setup of network environments for demos, trade shows and pilots

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch (both speaking and writing)- conversational Dutch speaker may also be considered subject to experience.
• Certification in Cisco CCNA, CCNP or similar in at least one of the following subjects, routing, switching and/or Wi-Fi
• Background in networking strongly preferred, knowledge in Cisco CCNP or equivalent
• Drivers license
• Understanding of business scenarios of WI-FI installations such as hospitality, restaurant or venues

Junior Position- Recent graduates with relevant skillset, related degree and knowledge or basic understanding of Cisco CCNA, CCNP/ Networking.

Senior Position- 3-5 Years Experience in a similar role- Account Managers, Consultants and experienced Pre-Sales Engineers encouraged to apply.

Full-time, Permanent- Hybrid working with travel to the head office in Utrecht- required once a week minimum.
