Business Development Manager - SMB
Job description
Our client, is a world leader in the technology industry, specialising in network devices and accessories is currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager SMB to join their team in Switzerland.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility for the entire SMB (small and mid sized business) business;
- Acquisition and development of potential new and existing customers in SMB.
- Strategic consulting of customers, creation of business and budget plans.
- Supporting customers in sales and technical issues.
- Participation and support at trade fairs and customer events.
- Development of new vertical markets and building customer relationships with TOP 100 system houses.
- Analyzing market trends and collecting and sharing customer information and needs with product management and development.
- Strategy development for the placement of new innovative product ideas in an existing or new business area.
YOUR PROFILE:
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a focus on network solutions and network products in a SMB environment.
- Dealing with customers at all levels, excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as creating and delivering customer presentations and trainings are among your strengths.
- You are a team player who is characterized by creativity, willingness to learn and a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
- Very good English and German language skills, further language skills (French, Italian) are an advantage.
