Scrum Master Contractor (Inside IR35) - London

My Client are a leading technology-driven organization in London, specializing in delivering innovative solutions across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master Contractor to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving successful Agile projects. As a Scrum Master Contractor, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile development practices within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, leveraging your expertise in Scrum principles and methodologies. This is a contract position based in London, inside IR35, with a maximum daily rate of £650. You will be required to come to the office weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and promote problem-solving to keep the team productive and focused on delivering valuable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that requirements are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, providing timely updates on team velocity and project health.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging the team to embrace Agile principles and adopt relevant tools and techniques.
• Champion Agile values and principles, promoting a mindset of collaboration, adaptability, and customer focus across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile software development teams.
• Experiene with DevOps and Azure.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Scrum principles and methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
