Our client, an exciting and rapidly growing SaaS company within the e-commerce industry is currently hiring for a SaaS Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Southampton. You will become an expert in their software platform to respond to customer queries by phone and email.
- Providing phone or email advice to clients on how to accomplish their goals in our platform
- Training and explaining the platform to customers
- Onboarding new customers
- Preferably 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Solid and demonstrable HTML and CSS experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of digital or email marketing is desirable
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. Our client offers flexible working although travel to their office in Southampton will be required periodically.
