Recruitment Resourcer - Dublin (Hybrid) - €11.34 ph - 1 Year Contract

I am working with a global company to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to support our EMEA team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a co-ordinator to move into a more recruitment focussed role or for a recruiter early in their career.

The ideal candidate will work in tandem with the recruiters to build a continuous talent pipeline of candidates. Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the market you are recruiting into. Engage with candidates using typical sourcing/mapping strategies; e.g: database, LinkedIn, referral's, head hunting.

Responsibilities:

• Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation.
• Source and recruit candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications through Workday (ATS)
• Conduct phone interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience.
• Post jobs through Workday, ensuring that the job description successfully match the requirements and skills for the role.
• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Technical Recruiting experience, either in-house recruiting or staffing would be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively around the technology and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently.
• Working knowledge of an applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques, and comprehensive and inclusive applicant-screening methods
