The role

This is an opportunity for a passionate, sales minded individual to start their journey in recruitment! You'll be covering the Sales, Marketing and Digital market, along with our Lead Recruiter in this space. You will be responsible for winning new business, as well as managing exisiting relationships and your targets will be based around this. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Working towards individual, team and company targets

- Consistent revenue contribution

- Continuously developing your knowledge into your market and keeping up with trends

- Sales negotiation and agreeing new terms with clients

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

- Meetings with clients and candidates both virtually and face to face

- Headhunting and sourcing passive candidates

- Market mapping

- Regular networking

Who are we looking for?

- 2+ years of experience
