Receptionist - Ongoing Contract for Sick Cover - 160-220 SEK per hour - Stockholm, Sweden.
Our client, a global leading technology business are currently hiring for a Receptionist to provide front of house reception and administration support.
- Answering the door for deliveries, customers, visitors and service providers
- Deliver incoming mail to recipients, scan and send paper invoices to correct emails, sending out packages when needed.
- Take care of coffee machines and fruit deliveries
- Help employees with setting up meetings.
- Handle the process for new joiners or leavers from facilities point of view (desk assignment, ID-badges)
- Previous corporate reception or office administration experience
- Helpful can-do -attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English language essential
- Good MS office skills
This is an immediate start contract role that is available on an ongoing basis to provide sick cover.
To be considered you must be available to start with no notice period and by happy to work on site at the office in Stockholm 5 days per week, Monday-Friday.
