Position: Business Operations- Program Manager
Pay Rate: £400/£415 Daily ( inside IR35)
Contract Duration: 6 months

Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for optimising business performance and driving strategic initiatives? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our leadership team as a Business Operations Leader for Relay Spot Supply. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance outcomes, introduce new product features, and scale business domains across the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own business performance outcomes for the assigned domain within EU.
• Deliver key KPIs related to cost, conversion, and performance metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for our product, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Drive insights to achieve key business deliverables on cost, performance, and DEA.
• Take end-to-end ownership of business analytics reporting for various areas of RSS in the EU, including Business, Pricing, and CX.
• Manage relationships with partner teams in Business and Finance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in building business analytics reports from scratch.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and analytics skills.
• Ability to derive insights from data using tools like Excel, Tableau, or other data visualisation and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration).
