Purchasing Advisor - €65 per hour - Eindhoven, Netherlands - 6 month contract

My client is looking for a Purchasing Advisor the Purchasing and Contract Management department of General Services, they are looking for a strong purchasing advisor who can immediately take on various ongoing or to be initiated tenders (including industrial waste, repro and food/non-food).

As a Purchasing Advisor you are the sparring partner for our internal customers in the field of purchasing issues and tenders. You are ready to use your specialism to arrive at the best purchasing and tender processes together with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • You independently carry out multiple private tenders and European tenders. You go through all purchasing-related steps in the purchasing process, such as carrying out market consultations, developing the purchasing strategy, the purchasing project plan, publishing the tender, etc.;
  • You supervise (project leader) the entire tender process and bring together expertise and connect colleagues, clients and the market.
  • You advise the client on, among other things, the purchasing strategy, the possible procedure and the award system.
  • You present the purchasing strategy and the award methodology to the project team.
  • You monitor and record purchasing files, including drawing up agreements.

Experience:

  • You have an HBO working and thinking level.
  • You have at least Nevi 1 or comparable
  • You have persuasive power: you bring others along based on the content and take the different interests into account.
  • You are (organisation) sensitive: this shows you how your sustainable collaborative relationship works.

Hybrid working is possible for most functions, including this position. Employees will therefore work less from the office and more online. This means less travel time and travel. Do you bring the right expertise, but do you live a little further away? That's no problem.
