Our client a growing Robotics and Automaton company, who have recently been acquired by a global enterprise technology company,are currently hiring for a IT Administrator to be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of client computer systems, servers, and data security systems.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of local IT equipment of the employees (Desktop Setup, Notebooks, Phones) + Account
• maintenance.
• Server maintenance (ESXi Hosts, VMs, Docker Hosts + a lot of containerized applications deployed).
• Firewall, VPN, Internet uplink.
• Landline Phone maintenance.
• Wifi-Setup in the Office.
• Local wired network setup & maintenance.
• Local Backup / Disaster Recovery.
• Robotics Lab IT maintenance (Wifi, private 5G, LAN, Robots IT hardware)
• Supporting the transition of local office IT into Verizon corporate IT.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge IT Admin / Infrastructure with macOS and Linux operating systems
• Basic script automation with at least one of these technologies: Powershell, Bash or Python
• Experience in setting up local area networks (WiFi, LAN)
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Familiar with Cloud services such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve problems using systematic troubleshooting

This is a Hybrid working contract (2-3 days per week in the Graz office) and is a full-time contract position for an initial 12-month period with the possibility to extend o a long term basis.

Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
