Our client is currently hiring for an Integration Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for developing and introducing new concepts, materials, and integration methods.

Requirements:

• 5+ years process experience
• Modular Development
• English Speaking
• Semiconductor process technologies - etching, lithography, and techniques such as PECVD, ALD, and PVD
• Strong knowledge of Process Integration
• Experience with 3D technologies - d2w, w2w
