Our client, an exciting and rapidly growing SaaS company within the e-commerce industry is currently hiring for an Implementation Manager to join their team in Southampton. You will join the ever-expanding Client Services team and will engage with new customers to understand their requirements and help set up their platform to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Driving the onboarding progress through daily outbound calls and emails
• Project management of onboarding and implementation for new customers
• Capturing and documenting the specifics of the implementation
• Setting up customer accounts in line with their requirements
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding and implementation process.

Requirements

• Previous SaaS experience is a must - within e-commerce would be a huge advantage
• A project management accreditation such as PRINCE2 would be beneficial
• Prior HTML experience is desirable
• Digital marketing and/or project management experience
• The ability to present to clients at a high level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and helpful manner

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. This role will be a hybrid position with the office being based in Southampton.
