Our client, a well-established project management company in the energy and infrastructure market are currently hiring a GIS Expert to work within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Conception and development of interfaces and data imports via FME
• Supporting the department in the development of dedicated technical GIS expertise
• Experience in training/educating business users
• Experience using software systems including ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI WebGIS visualization or FME

Requirements

• Studies or training in the field of Geoinformatics/geodesy
• Experience in the field of BIM, Process/Industry knowledge in infrastructure/line construction projects
• Experience in the integration of the following software systems Microsoft Power Platform, Data Verse and Dynamics 365 is desirable
• German language skills level C1

This is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to be increased. Most client projects usually run for 2-5 years.

This position is a mainly remote position with some occasional work from the Bayreuth office,
