Our Client, a multinational energy company, based in Perth, are currently hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers.

Key skill requirements

  • Previous experience in call centre environments
  • 1+ years experience
  • Superb customer services & communication skills
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel)
  • Personable and engaging
  • "Treating Customers Fairly"
  • Work on your own initiative, be inquisitive, decisive, and able to see tasks through to completion


** Contact Centre experience is advantageous, candidates will be working in a fast paced environment handling 40-50 calls a day**

This is a full time hybrid contract role for initial 3 months with a possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although it cannot be guaranteed) and you will be required to attend to the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Role is £14.02 per hour.
