Customer Service Advisor - Cardiff - £14.02 p/h - 3 month contract likely to be extended / go permanent although not guaranteed

I am working with a well-known energy company in Cardiff to recruit 8 Customer Service Advisors due to increased workload! This role is working on a predictive dialler making outbound calls as well as dealing with inbound internal calls and main objective is to book smart meters, this role is target drive where achievable targets will be set weekly to the advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound & Inbound calling
  • Working off a list of current business customers, making calls to ask them if they would like to upgrade to a SMART meter (which is a free service)
  • Give advice to customers.
  • Describe benefits to customers about the meters, no hard selling.
  • Speak with existing business customers.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in call centre environments
  • Superb customer services & communication skills
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel)
  • Personable and engaging
  • "Treating Customers Fairly"
