Job description

Our Client, a multinational energy company, is currently hiring a Telephone Customer Service Advisor to support customers ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony, to supporting customers via email and website communications.


  • Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions.
  • Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.


  • Previous experience in call centre environments.
  • Superb customer services & communication skills.
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel).
  • Personable and engaging.

This is a full time, 8 month contract role with a possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although this is not guaranteed).
