Our client, a legal firm based in Reading, is currently hiring an Administrator to provide full support to the fee earners in the employment department and deliver an excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Screening new enquiries and updating the database
- Booking travel and accommodation for client visits and marketing events
- Assisting with expenses claims
- Sending DocuSign documents to clients
- Drafting and sending out letters of engagement
- Dealing with billing enquiries
- Organising meetings via MS Teams
- Legal experience would be advantageous
- Previous Administration/PA experience
- Knowledge of Elite accounts package also desirable
- Experience with financial and client accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This position is permanent and full time, working Monday to Friday. Our client has adopted a hybrid working pattern and you would be required to come into the office Tuesday to Thursday and work remotely Monday and Friday.
