Our client, a multinational energy company is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Gateshead to input and process customer enquiries, quotations and orders whilst improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer response time.
- Processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Inputting information into the workload trackers
- Escalating customer complaints when required
- Ensuring all quotations and order are handled in accordance with compliance requirements in a timely manner
- Experience in a similar position
- Computer literate, using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Sales or order processing experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full-time position, initially on a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of going permanent.
