Our client, an Enterprise technology company, based in Dublin, are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team.
- Extensive and complex interview coordination.
- Heavy calendaring including negotiation of complex scheduling conflicts, and meeting logistics, Webex, video conferences, conference calls
- Preparing and reconciling expenses in multiple currencies
- Meet & greet external candidates and support test administration
- On boarding for new hires as it relates to equipment
- Extensive and complex travel arrangements, both international and domestic
- Strong IT (MS Office Suite) skills needed - good knowledge of Outlook essential
- Background of working in a fast moving media or technology environment
- Ability to multitask and to manage time efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important, as are strong people skills
- Bright and personable
This is a full time, 11 month contract position with a possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although it cannot be guaranteed).
