My client, a very exciting high-growth cloud based SaaS company, with a solution to simplify communication and documentation in construction projects, are currently hiring for a Sales Development Representative based in or around Zagreb/ Croatia to drive growth by focusing on new client development in the DACH region.
- Make initial contact with potential customers via telephone, email, and social media
- Focus on the team's goals when making appointments for the sales team
- Work closely with your dedicated Sales Consultant to identify ongoing strategic targets
- Make sure the sales cycle is followed through successfully by maintaining and inputting accurate information in our client's CRM application
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
- Have a strong understanding of data when reporting results
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Sales or Business/Account Development role
- Desire to work in a B2B technology space
- Self-motivated, ambitious and has a winning attitude
- Confident multi-tasker, able to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Fluent in German and business English
- Knowledgeable in inside sales or SaaS
This is a full time, permanent employed position, which is 50% remote and 50% office based in Zagreb.
