Job description

Our client, a global leading technology consulting firm are currently hiring for a dedicated Solution Architect to work with a global leading pharmaceutical client, as part of one of their release trains, initially as part of a mixed team, but with a high likelihood this moves to a dedicated team.

Technologies used to implement and track Omnichannel experiences include Tealium CDP (will transition to Salesforce), AEM, Adobe Campaign classic, Veeva/Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Microservices/Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

Align requirements to approved patterns and socialise these internally and with the requesting business units

Identify gaps in the existing patterns and provide options for meeting these through enhancements to the existing functionality supported

Support implementation teams with understanding solutions and troubleshooting any issues encountered in implementation.

Engage with the business at an early stage to assess and define business needs. Drives reuse of existing capabilities over new/enhanced development.

Support BA / PO in creation of process flows, JIRA user stories, Tealium/ Veeva suggestion/ and tagging BRDs.

Creation and/or input into Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy of documentation (Confluence).

Engagement with Global Commercial IT teams to deliver new capabilities and patterns to support evolving business requirements across application architecture.

Requirements

  • Multi-channel digital marketing platforms (web, email and social), e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target
  • Experience as a Solution Architect, especially working with higher customer management
  • Solid knowledge around state-of-the-art AEM setup for Sites and Assets
  • Solution architecture management in relation to omnichannel customer journeys to deliver right message on right channel at the right time
  • Agile tools and methodologies inc. Jira
  • Pharmaceutical business domain knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Presentation, Communication, Facilitation, Influencing

This is a 100% remote contract for an initial period of 5 months with the view to extending for u to 18 months (although this is not guaranteed)
