Account Manager
Job description
Our client, a leading SaaS company within the Due Diligence space, is currently hiring for an Account Manager to grow and build existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Builds business by selling to existing clients, building and maintaining long term client relationships and driving plans that will further develop the relationship.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying needs and recommending the solutions based on those needs.
- Organises events, coordinates invitations and provides information, guidance, and speakers in conjunction with the sales team.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Requirements
- Ideally looking for someone who has experience working in a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years' experience as an account manager / customer success manager.
- Experience of upselling and cross selling to existing clients
- Ideally experience working with Financial Service clients
- Client meeting experience
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. This role will be a hybrid position with offices based in London.
