Our client, an enterprise technology company, are currently hiring for an experienced Support Engineer to develop and manage ETL pipelines.
- Log all problems with external and internal teams
- Resolve tickets accurately in a timely manner
- First point of contact for all enquiries
- Look out for patterns in any technical issues raised
- Update your knowledge of the systems regularly
- Must have 3+ years experience resolving technical issues
- Bachelors degree in STEM or equivalent experience
- Experience in 2nd or 3rd line support
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Great customer facing experience
- Experience with multitasking whilst prioritising work
- Microsoft or Linux experience
