Job description

Our client, a leading global telecommunications company and a global market leader in local area network (WLAN) is looking to hire an HR/Admin Manager to join their busy team based in Vélizy-Villacoublay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile the company management regulations/documents whilst preventing legal risks, operational risks and to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage the HR/Admin team, recruit and develop excellent team members and improve the capabilities of the team
  • Plan and organise the recruitment process, improving the efficiency of recruitment and the employer's image
  • Support internal managers with recruitment, onboarding, training, dismissals and employment turnover
  • Collect and analyse employee's attendance, working time and holidays
  • Improve the quality-of-service providers of the company as well as reducing service costs
  • Handle legal issues and disputes


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience in France
  • French native speaker but also fluent in English
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Good at taking responsibility for work and solving problems

This is a full-time, permanent position and will be working 4 days a week from the office and 1 day remotely.
