Our client is a leader in cybersecurity consulting and certification for complex connected systems: Embedded, IoT, industrial, Cloud/Edge based in Paris, are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity & Certification Engineer to join the expanding team in Paris, France.

Job description:

Depending on your experience, you are expected to participate in or technically lead activities including :

• The definition of requirements frameworks (e.g. security protection profiles, functional test plans) and testing/evaluation methodologies for products, systems or services,
• The definition, set-up and operation of evaluation and certification schemes,
• The certification of products,
• Standardization activities in the framework of EU or international organizations.

You will also participate in the growth of our training portfolio, deliver professional training and contribute to standardization and R&D projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Diploma in Engineering, Master's degree or PhD,
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware and/or software product security, through activities such as vulnerability analysis, pen testing, auditing, evaluation, certification, definition/implementation of security countermeasures, academic research, European or international standardization;
• The position requires excellent technical writing skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to adapt to customer context and to work on several projects in parallel.

NICE TO HAVE

• Background/experience in a subset of the following areas is a plus: cryptography, formal methods, static analysis, safety, AI, standards such as Common Criteria, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065;
• Experience and connections with the EU and international certification ecosystem, labs and certification authorities are also appreciated.
