Job description

Our client, a not-for-profit regulatory organisation, are currently hiring for an Administrator for intially a temporary position however there is a chance to go permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls politely and professionally whilst logging the details accurately into Salesforce.com
  • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention
  • Assisting credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution
  • Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects
  • Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience using Salesforce is beneficial but not essential
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent attention to detail

This is an immediate start ongoing contract, working Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm paying £10.33 an hour. This role will initially be 5 days in the office however there will be an option to work 2 days a week from home once training has been completed.
