Our client, a not-for-profit regulatory organisation, are currently hiring for an Administrator for intially a temporary position however there is a chance to go permanent.
- Answer all inbound calls politely and professionally whilst logging the details accurately into Salesforce.com
- Ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention
- Assisting credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution
- Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects
- Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers
- Previous experience using Salesforce is beneficial but not essential
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail
This is an immediate start ongoing contract, working Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm paying £10.33 an hour. This role will initially be 5 days in the office however there will be an option to work 2 days a week from home once training has been completed.
