As our Head of Sales Operations, Chris is responsible for the development of our team's sales approach as well as ensuring operational efficiencies across the business.
Chris plays a crucial part in the Leadership Team to help strengthen MarkJames Search's existing success, create a 'World Class' infrastructure and sales process, and contribute to the business's exciting growth plans.
Having worked in the property industry for a number of years, Chris' career has taken him into Software Sales before Recruitment Operations. Since joining MarkJames Search, Chris has taken on key projects behind the scenes, and is "loving working with driven people with great attitudes".
His main focus is to help support his MarkJames Search team as much as possible while being the best Dad he "can possibly be" outside of work.
Like many of our team, Chris is a hard-working person at home as well as at work - although he is "terrible at DIY" at home, much like his approach at work he "does the best he can", with his dedication showing in his approach when working with the team.
