About the Role
As a Senior TypeScript Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional development team designing and implementing software solutions that enhance the stability and efficiency of Sweden’s energy infrastructure. The focus is on usability, robustness, and security, using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes within a SAFe agile framework (three-week sprints).
This role is not just about development—you will also be involved in test automation and system-wide testing to ensure seamless integration within a complex energy ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure high-quality TypeScript-based applications
- Implement and maintain test automation to improve efficiency and quality
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
- Contribute to the development of a testbed for system-wide testing (functionality, performance, and security)
- Maintain clear and structured documentation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong backend knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka is a plus
- Experience with test automation and best practices
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-based deployments
Work Location: Office-based near Stockholm, with up to 50% remote work (on-site 2-3 days/week)
Workload: Full-time (100%) throughout the assignment.
