Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect - Core HR
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect specializing in Core HR
to join our client’s team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Core HR, and experience supporting multi-country implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and be willing to travel (up to 75% travel required per client needs). This position will involve working closely with clients to analyze requirements, configure the Oracle Cloud HCM system, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in all phases of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Utilize expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to configure and customize the system to meet client-specific business needs.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of US and Canadian payroll processes, including end-of-year and start-of-year activities.
- Conduct thorough system testing (SIT/UAT) and provide support to clients during user acceptance testing.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to optimize the use of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud updates and new features.
Required Skills:
- 12-15 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
- Proven experience working with the Transaction Console.
- Participation in at least two production support projects and two or more multi-country implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR processes and best practices.
- Solid understanding of US and Canadian payroll regulations and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with global teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience delivering in a similar role. (While the total experience range is 12-15 years, this qualification clarifies the expected relevant experience within a similar architect role.)
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as required by client engagements.
