We are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager (Level 4) to support a cutting-edge energy infrastructure project for a leading organization driving Sweden's transition to fossil-free energy. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on a critical system transformation, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to increase capacity and efficiency in the energy grid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage versions of microservices, services, products, and systems.
  • Maintain and operate version control systems to ensure the right versions are in the correct test environments.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and releases throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Establish and implement configuration management processes and security routines for projects and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to plan the replacement of end-of-life infrastructure components.
  • Work closely with developers and teams to ensure correct software configuration and participate in deployment processes to maintain quality.


Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in configuration management or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex systems with high quality standards.
  • Ability to lead teams and serve as a mentor to colleagues.
  • Strong documentation and process development skills.
  • Experience in analyzing system lifecycles and planning infrastructure updates.


100% commitment expected during the assignment.
Hybrid working model with up to 50% remote work (2–3 days onsite per week).
