Our client, a leading energy company, is seeking a highly experienced Process Manager/Process Developer to join thier Business Development unit. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in process development, digital transformation, and change management to meet the unit's growing demands for efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing both current and new processes to enhance efficiency and digitalization.
- Facilitating workshops to analyze and develop processes.
- Planning and implementing change management strategies linked to process rollouts.
- Conducting process-related training sessions for teams.
- Revising and establishing new processes, methods, and working practices.
- Managing projects and assignments related to process improvement.
- Documenting methodologies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in process management and development.
- High generalist competence with expertise in relevant areas.
- Proven track record in high-quality delivery across major assignments.
- Exceptional skills in project management, change management, and workshop facilitation.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Experience in digital transformation and process efficiency improvements is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
- Security Clearance: Security clearance and a SUA agreement are mandatory. The process may take 8–10 weeks to complete. Work cannot commence until clearance is approved.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 50% remote work (2–3 days per week on-site near Stockholm).
- Travel: Limited travel may be required.
