Human Resources Business Partner – Initially a 6-month Contract – Limerick, Ireland - €35 - €40 per hour
I am working with an IT company in Limerick that is looking to hire a motivated HR Generalist to join their team. You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of HR initiatives, providing comprehensive HR support to employees at all levels, and ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle HR support to employees and managers, including onboarding performance management, employee relations and offboarding
- Partner with site lead and hiring managers on the onboarding of new hires ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support the maintenance of accurate HR records and documentation
- Identify areas for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist, demonstrating a strong understanding of Irish employment law and best practices
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with HRIS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
This is a contract position for 6 months with the likelihood of extending up to 12 months, potentially 2 years although this is not guaranteed. The position is working hybrid from home as well as their Limerick office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a relatively new and rapidly growing business site.
