Our client, a global leader in networking and smart home products based in the Netherlands is looking to hire an all-round HR Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs in collaboration with external providers.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or tech-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive and strategic partner to the business.
