Finance Assistant – 310 SEK – Sundbyberg or Gothenburg

Our client, a large utilities company based in Sweden is looking to hire a Finance Assistant on a 1-year contract. This role will mainly involve handling different types of invoices but mainly supplier invoices. You will also create customer invoice documentation and participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
Requirements
- High school education in economics or at least 2 years of work experience in the finance department with invoice handling.
- At least 2 years of work experience in invoice handling in the last 4 years using UBW/UNIT4/Agresso.
- At least 1 year of work experience being involved in monthly closing as a Finance Assistant/Finance Administrator in the last 4 years.
- At least 1 year of work experience working as a Finance Assistant/Finance Administrator/Finance Officer within the public sector in the last 4 years.
- Very good Swedish reading and writing skills
This position is offered on a 1-year contract, hybrid working from either the Sundbyberg or Gothenburg office. This position will be paid as an Independent Contractor.
