As part of our Complaince Team, Karla is a vital part of our high performing team, specialising in sourcing and onboarding the highest calibre of talent for our clients across the world.

Working on multiple industries and roles, Karla is driven and motivated, stating "people are the key to any successful business".

Having trained as a mixologist and working across Europe, Karla brings her unique approach to recruitment by utilising her existing skills and applying them to her daily interaction with professionals across our client and candidate portfolios.

As our Compliance Officer, Karla also works directly with the Leadership Team to ensure all policies and procedures are followed and updated, while simultaneously managing her own desk and contacts.
