Overview

Our client is a leading information and technology-enabled health services business. Their teams serve virtually every sector within the health system, & work with a diverse set of clients across 150 countries - from those who diagnose and treat patients to those who pay for care, deliver health services, and those who supply the cures.

The candidate will be responsible for Project Management of critical hiring initiatives and strategies, continuous improvement projects, reporting and analysis of internal team and RPO performance, and supporting processes and onboarding for senior-level hires.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Project Specialist, you will be a member of our clients Ireland and United Kingdom Talent Acquisition team and will be primarily responsible for project management of critical hiring initiatives and strategies, continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, reporting and analysis of internal team and RPO performance, and supporting processes and onboarding for senior-level hires.

This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and is a key player in ensuring that we are much more than just a recruiting team - we are true business partners, consulting with our internal customers to ensure the perfect match of talent. This role will leverage your ability to perform multiple tasks, where deadlines and scope shift frequently. You'll need flexibility, agility, and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment.

Experience

  • Experience working within talent / recruitment
  • Project specialist / management experience - 3 years
  • Experience managing multiple, complex projects and providing report outs and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting
  • Able to provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as needed
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint

Location

This position offers flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between the clients Dublin office from home.
