Our client, an Enterprise technology company, based in Dublin, are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager to Recruit technical talent for Software Engineering and non-technical roles across EMEA.
- Provide an efficient and high touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Consult on complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
- Overcome challenges and produce solutions by collecting and analysing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job.
- Proven experience in hiring directly sourced software engineering candidates.
- Proven experience managing full process technical recruiting.
- Experience liaising with candidates and consulting compensation packages.
- Ability to facilitate technical assessments and review with Hiring managers.
- Appreciation for Tech sourcing tools
This is a full-time, contract position for an initial period of 11 months with the potential to extend and/or become permanent (although this is not guaranteed).
