Support Engineer

£64,500 per annum

Our client, an enterprise technology company, are currently hiring for an experienced Support Engineer to develop and manage ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Log all problems with external and internal teams
• Resolve tickets accurately in a timely manner
• First point of contact for all enquiries
• Look out for patterns in any technical issues raised
• Update your knowledge of the systems regularly

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience resolving technical issues
• Bachelors degree in STEM or equivalent experience
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line support
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting
• Great customer facing experience
• Experience with multitasking whilst prioritising work
• Microsoft or Linux experience

This is an immediate start permanent role.
