Job description

Our client, an AI company, specialised in video analytics, is looking for a talented candidate for the role of Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team in Milan. This role requires the candidate to be a contributor to translate product needs and user expectations

The client can offer a hybrid contract as well as accepting candidates not based in Milan but willing to travel once a week/once a month, depending on location. We are looking for candidates at different levels of seniority, so anyone with 5-15 years of experience that meet the requirements is encouraged to apply.


  • Work closely with the team and various stakeholders to develop an intuitive and interactive edge AI product, usable, responsive, and have interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
  • Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating reusable content modules, and maintaining the code.
  • Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product serves at scale.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across geographies, and bring in solutions for rapidly changing design/ technology.


  • 5+ years of JavaScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
  • 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like responsive layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
  • 5+ years' experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance.
  • Proficient with React.
  • Proficient with Typescript
  • Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects.
  • Experience with debugging using JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console.
  • Good to have, experience with Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Italian and English.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
