- Manage timelines and priorities with events committee.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- 3+ years in B2B high-tech event management.
- Bachelor's degree in event or hospitality management.
- Proficient in Zoom, Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Temporary 12-month position with occasional travel.
