• Oversee 60+ global trade shows and conferences yearly.
• Develop and execute industry webinars in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Identify strategic messages and sponsorship opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
• Analyze events for future improvements, emphasizing ROI.
• Manage timelines and priorities with events committee.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in B2B high-tech event management.
• Bachelor's degree in event or hospitality management.
• Proficient in Zoom, Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
