Senior Director, Web Strategy & Operations
Job description
Our client, a global leader in database technologies, is seeking to hire a Senior Director, Web Strategy & Operations. You will drive their web experience strategy - including content, design and user experience across all web assets.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the user experience of all web properties including availability, development, content, SEO and user experience to deliver an on-brand global web experience that maximizes traffic, engagement and conversion
- Create and execute a 4-quarter roadmap to deliver continous website improvements across all the areas with quality and on schedule
- Lead a team of in-house and agency resources including content, development, operations and UX/design
- Own content creation to align the site to the updated corporate messaging with content cross-referencing to facilitate prospect engagement across products and solutions
- Drive the development of innovative, segment-relevant omnichannel audience experiences and personalization strategies, customizing messages to multiple customer personas
- Manage all aspects of web analytics insights and communicate relevant information and findings to team members and executive team
Requirements
- 10+ years being responsible for web strategy and execution for a global B2B technology company
- 5+ years in leading marketing teams and agencies
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering on a multi-year website roadmap on-time and with quality
- Demonstrated experience leveraging the web experience as a demand generation conversion channel
- Deep knowledge of SEO strategy, optimization and ROI analytics
- Hands-on experience using web analytics tools including Google Analytics, SEO and User Experience technologies
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing or a Technical discipline
This is a full time, permanent employed position, which is on a remote working model in the US.
