Seniro Commercial Manager - Telecoms - 12 month Contract - £600-£650 per day (Inside IR35)

My Client are a leading technology-driven organisation in London, are currently hiring for a Senior Commercial Manager to manage a £10m+ revenue commercial telecommunications portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Commercial Telecomms function, including opportunities to commercialise new 5G technology and work closely with a B2B Commercialisation partner.
  • Lead the strategic thinking to determine the new contract for a B2B Telecom Commercialisation Partner - including developing the approach to value and supporting procurement with the negotiation.
  • Build an excellent working relationship with partners that drive value, while ensuring all contracted responsibilities have been carried out
  • Deliver the strategic plan that will enhance the commercialisation of 5G technology, including how they can streamline relationships with B2C telecoms providers as a consequence.
  • Be responsible for delivering an extension to their WiFi contract, working closely with the digital team to ensure the service needs of cusotmers are consistently met through regular performance reviews and account management with our WiFi provider.
  • Manage and develop the Commercial Telecomms Manager (who will be a direct report), unleashing their full potential as a commercial telecoms subject matter expert.
  • Ensure contract compliance, including full contractual income entitlement is gathered, health and safety and other contracted responsibilities are carried out.
  • Monitor the wider IT and Telecoms industry to identify trends and new opportunities and understand the regulatory environment.
  • Develop and champion business cases to gain internal support and investment.
  • Develop and deliver business plans, fulfil budgetary targets, billing instructions, process and dispute management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in identifying and developing products and services that meet customer's needs and drive revenues
  • Knowledge of cellular, fixed and wireless networking telephony and applicable regulations
  • Strong contract and stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of capital governance models and/or technology processes
  • Knowledge of perating models, capital processes and other regulated charges

  • Duration:12 months - likely to extend
  • Maximum Daily Rate: £600-£650

This is a Hybrid working contract (1-2 days per week on site in West London) and is a full-time contract (Inside of IR35) position for an initial 12-month period with the possibility to extend (although this is not guaranteed).

Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
