Our client, a global leader in healthcare technology are currently hiring for a Scrum Master to partner with product owners and data consumers to meet our client data needs.

Responsibilities -

• Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls
• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release Train
• Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
• Track and manage project execution in accordance with company's delivery and financial management practices
• Remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate

Requirements Qualifications -

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Certification: Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile / Scrum, SAFe, Lean Methodology, and/or Project Management
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
• 3+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects

Preferred Qualifications -

• Experience leading agile/scrum adoption at the team level
• Understanding basics of DevOps, Continuous Delivery & ATDD
• Healthcare experience
