Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the main liaison between our internal engineering team and the external client-facing team. They will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts by providing technical expertise, answering product-related questions, and helping to close sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on contributing to the company's overall growth and enjoys interacting with C-level executives and senior management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert on sales calls, assisting the salesperson in answering specific product questions and helping to bring sales across the finish line.
- Act as the main liaison between the internal engineering team and the external client-facing team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Present technical information in a concise and understandable manner to prospective and existing clients, including CEOs and executive-level management teams.
- Collaborate closely with various team members, including:
- SVP and VP of Sales, Three Product Managers, the CEO and Founder
- Collaborate with various customers such as VP / Head of Operations, CIO and Functional users, including first-level managers and users.
- Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and solutions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar position.
- Strong technical background and the ability to quickly learn and understand new products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak confidently in front of C-level executives and senior management teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results and contributing to company growth.
Travel Requirements:
- On average, travel will be required two nights per week.
- Some weeks may require up to four consecutive nights of travel, primarily for trade shows and extended events.
