Our client based in London, are currently hiring for a Project Manager to play a key part in delivering strategy for operational planning.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and leading key change projects to continue the transformation of our planning processes and developing new capabilities that enable us to plan a lean, agile operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of key projects across operational planning in close partnership with process owners and subject matter experts.
• Commission support from across the organisation to deliver against projects, act as the conduit between product owners and solutions support.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and methodology in the operational planning space, including opportunities to leverage new tools, AI, and automation
• Oversee the development of new tools and capabilities aligned to the target operating model, including our people, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Strong project management and business change capability and experience, especially in complex operational environments
• Knowledge and experience of operations and delivering change that involves leveraging data to improve operational outcomes.
• Excellent communicator, able to cut through complexity and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Articulate with excellent writing, presentation, and data visualisation skills.
• Highly collaborative working style, able to build and maintain highly productive relationships at pace.
• Comfortable operating in a high-profile role with large degree of autonomy
• Excellent planning skill set, able to sequence and prioritise a complex and interlinked workload

This is a full time, contract position working Monday-Friday for an initial 3 month period, with the option to extend to 6 and 12 months (although this is not guaranteed)

This role will be a hybrid position working 1-2 days per week in the West London based offices.
